2. Fiscal sponsorship

a. Truc - how about becoming consultants, more to do more beyond grants

b. Karen - not much capacity; can't think of becoming independent group

c. Todd - should become more informed, APIM was to help pull together Asian Movement is the most concrete connection.

d. Judy - wants to wait a little more to see more

        e. Michael - go back and forth between Truc and Karen's position

Todd and Karen will attend future meetings
